Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SecretVerse Discord server, the SecretVerse Discord bot (the "Bot"), the staff dashboard at dashboard.secretverse-studio.com (the "Dashboard") and the content creator program, all operated by SecretVerse Studio ("we", "us"). By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and with the Roblox Terms of Use where relevant. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where the law of your country requires it, to use Discord and therefore the Bot.

2. The service

The Bot provides moderation, support tickets, activity levels, giveaways, temporary voice channels, announcements and related features inside the SecretVerse Discord server. The Dashboard lets authorized staff configure the Bot and review moderation data.

The service is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time, and we may update the Bot without notice.

3. Community rules and automated moderation

The server rules published in the Discord server apply at all times. The Bot enforces some of them automatically: it may delete messages, apply timeouts, remove roles or ban accounts when it detects filtered words, spam, unauthorized invitations, phishing links, scam patterns or posts in the anti-spam trap channel. Automated actions can be reviewed by the moderation team. If you believe an action was taken by mistake, open a support ticket.

Moderators act on behalf of SecretVerse Studio. Their decisions on warnings, timeouts, kicks and bans are made in good faith to protect the community and are final, subject to review through a ticket.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent, probe, overload or disrupt the Bot or the Dashboard, including by automating interactions, flooding commands or exploiting bugs.
• Use the Bot to harass, impersonate, deceive or harm anyone, or to distribute content that violates Discord's rules or the law.
• Attempt to access the Dashboard, the database or the Bot's credentials without authorization, or to use another person's access.
• Provide false information in a ticket, a report or a creator application.

We may remove content, restrict features or ban accounts that break these rules.

5. Support tickets

Tickets open a private channel between you and the staff. Use the category that matches your request and give accurate information. Tickets that stay inactive for 48 hours are closed automatically. Abuse of the ticket system, such as repeated frivolous tickets or reports made in bad faith, may lead to a loss of access to tickets or to sanctions.

6. Content creator program

Applying is voluntary. To assess your application we may ask you to verify the accounts you own through Discord, TikTok, YouTube or Twitch, as described in the Privacy Policy. Eligibility thresholds are published in the server and may change. Meeting a threshold does not guarantee acceptance: partnerships and benefits (codes, items, keys, collaborations) are granted at our discretion, may be conditional on continued activity, and may be withdrawn if the conditions are no longer met or if these terms are broken. Benefits have no cash value.

7. Giveaways

Giveaways are run by the staff through the Bot. Unless the giveaway message says otherwise: one entry per person; you must meet any stated requirement (for example a role) when you enter and when the draw takes place; winners are drawn at random among eligible entries; prizes are as described and have no cash alternative; staff may redraw if a winner is ineligible or cannot be reached. Members who create alternate accounts or otherwise abuse giveaways may be excluded from all future giveaways.

Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.

8. Dashboard use by staff

Access to the Dashboard is granted through the permissions and roles a member holds on the Discord server and can be withdrawn at any time. Staff must use it only for moderating and configuring the SecretVerse community, must keep their access to themselves and must not export or share member data outside the team. Every action taken in the Dashboard is logged and attributed to the staff member who performed it.

9. Third-party services

The Bot relies on Discord and, for some features, on Roblox, Google (YouTube), TikTok, TwitchTracker and public RSS feeds. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or for how they handle your data. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Bot, the Dashboard, their code, texts and visual identity belong to SecretVerse Studio. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation and Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.; we are not affiliated with either. You keep the rights to the content you post; you grant us the permission needed to display, store, moderate and transcribe it as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Bot and the Dashboard are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that automated moderation will be accurate in every case.

To the extent permitted by law, SecretVerse Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the loss of data, roles, levels or prizes, or for damage caused by Discord, by third-party services or by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Bot, to tickets, to giveaways or to the Dashboard at any time if you break these terms or the server rules, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the Bot at any time by leaving the server, and you may revoke any authorization you gave in your Discord and TikTok account settings.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top tells you when they were last changed. Significant changes are announced in the SecretVerse Discord server. Continuing to use the Bot after a change means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are brought before the competent courts under French law, without prejudice to the rights consumers have to bring a claim in their own country.
